Browsing Neighbourhoods

The index lists every registered Stadtteil. Filter by city (Hamburg, Lübeck), data coverage, or composite score range. Click a card to open the detail view with map boundary, indicator table, and last-assessment metadata.

Score Interpretation

Scores are computed only after an agent run completes. Until then, the score is NULL and the card shows "Awaiting assessment". The colour bands:

• 80–100 — exceptional alignment with NEB and placemaking principles.
• 60–79 — strong, with localised gaps.
• 40–59 — mixed; specific dimensions need attention.
• 0–39 — significant intervention warranted.

Data Coverage Levels

The data_coverage field on each neighbourhood records how much real data backs its scores:

• basic — geometry and demographics only; no scoring run yet.
• standard — at least one full agent run, ~60% of indicators present.
• rich — multiple runs, full indicator coverage, recent sources.

We never fabricate indicator values to fill a row. A missing indicator is shown as "—", not zero.
