Every neighbourhood is scored across Climate & Energy, Mobility, Green & Space, Social, and Governance — each containing weighted indicators on a 0–10 scale.

Agent pipeline

  1. Intake identifies the neighbourhood and plans the assessment.
  2. Data Scout collects indicators from open data, GIS, and documents.
  3. Synthesis aggregates scores, benchmarks peers, and writes the profile.
