Managing Neighbourhoods

Admin → Neighbourhoods to add/edit. Use the GeoJSON ingest button to backfill boundaries from OSM Nominatim. Manually-edited geometry overrides ingested values.

Adding Data Sources

Register portals in data_sources: name, base URL, type (rest/wfs/csv), coverage cities, and the indicators they provide. The Data Scout agent reads this registry at run-time — it does NOT crawl unregistered hosts.

API Key Management

Issue keys in Admin → API Keys. Set rate limit and permissions (assess, read). Keys are hashed; the plaintext is shown once.

Monitoring Costs

Admin → Cost dashboard aggregates cost_eur by day, tier, and user. Alert thresholds configurable per workspace.

QA Testing

The QA harness runs 22 automated + 42 persona checks across Professional, Developer, Public, and API Consumer personas. See the QA module.

User Management

Admin → Users to approve sign-ups, assign roles (admin / user), and revoke access. New users land in approved=false by default.
