Getting Started

What is ANN RADAR?

ANN RADAR is an agentic neighbourhood assessment platform. Autonomous AI agents collect, verify, and synthesise public-sector and open data to produce evidence-backed scores and recommendations for urban neighbourhoods — starting in Hamburg and Lübeck.

Every score traces back to a real source. There is no mock or placeholder data: if our agents have not yet assessed a neighbourhood, scores are intentionally NULL and the UI shows "Awaiting assessment".

Your First Assessment

  1. Sign in (Google or email) and wait for admin approval — see /auth.
  2. Open /assess and describe a brief, e.g. "Lübeck-Travemünde — climate resilience".
  3. Pick a tier (Quick Scan, Full, Deep Dive) and submit.
  4. Watch the live agent stream on /run/:id. Most runs finish in 1–5 minutes.
  5. Review the synthesis report: composite score, NEB alignment, placemaking score, recommendations, sources.

Understanding Scores

Scores are 0–100, higher is better. Confidence labels reflect data availability:

  • High — 80%+ of expected indicators present, recent, official sources.
  • Medium — partial coverage, some indicators inferred from comparable proxies.
  • Low — basic coverage only; treat as a directional signal, not a verdict.

Sub-scores: Composite (overall), NEB (Beautiful · Sustainable · Together, JRC139118), and Placemaking. Read the methodology for the formula.
